Day with a Doula
Let’s take some time to talk it all through.
Life with your baby is really stressful and confusing right now. What used to work doesn’t work anymore, and you’re getting conflicting advice from all sides.
Do any of these sound familiar?
✔ You’ve just had a baby, and you did everything you could think of to prepare, but you’re starting to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and exhausted.
✔ You’ve never been 100% responsible for a baby before and everyone just expects you to figure it out as you go, no big deal.
✔ You’ve found yourself in tears in these early weeks with your baby, wondering how much of this is normal and trying to convince yourself that you can do this.
✔ You are getting desperate to figure out what is going on with your baby that’s making this week so much harder than last week.
It can be so hard to know who you can turn to for unbiased, nonjudgmental baby help, but help is here! Take a deep breath, and imagine with me.
What if I told you that you could...
✔ finally be on the other side of whatever your baby’s going through that makes them so fussy and hard to please these days
✔ be settled into a proper rhythm with feeding and sleeping times that actually make sense
✔ finally take the baby to new places and enjoy yourselves and each other
✔ you (yes, YOU!) could feel like the kind of mom who knows her kid and how to meet their needs

WHAT PEOPLE
ARE SAYING
“Our Day with a Doula was exactly what we needed. You helped me brainstorm and think about other ways to approach a frustrating situation.”
— Michaela R.
“I knew I would be able to get my questions answered but I didn’t know that Patricia would take the time to go into depth with my concerns and really try to come up with solutions and a plan tailored to my family. I felt like we were a team.”
— Jessica A.
Here’s how it works:
Let’s take a day together to talk through the hardest thing at this point in your parenting journey.
1. Book our day together
Pick an upcoming date and get booked in for our day together. Watch your inbox for a welcome email and return your intake form to let me know what’s going on with you and your baby.
2. Meet me on Voxer
I’ll send you a message first thing in the morning (I’m on the west coast) and we exchange voice (or text or gif, whenever possible) messages all day long to hash out and troubleshoot what’s seriously stressing you out with your baby right now.
4. Come away with a plan
You get answers to your questions, reassurance for your worries, a pep talk for your doubts, and the entire day to share your story, your experiences, and your heart at this point of your parenting journey, plus I’ll follow-up with you later in the week.
3. Get the help you need
You get access to my doula brain (expertise + training) and my doula heart (experience + compassion) for a full 12 hours but without the pressure of a set appointment time or the need to respond immediately if the baby needs some extra attention, you have an errand to run, or you just seriously need a nap (I’d say: do it!)

How a day together helped these parents:
Gained confidence
Michaela went from drama-filled diaper changes back to easy-going, playful clean-ups with her 8-month-old.
Plus, she also went back to feeling reassured and confident as a mom again!
2. Gained clarity
Ayesha felt uncertain and flustered about her 5-month-old’s naps, about introducing solids, and about how to get the most out of play time with him.
After our day together, she felt empowered, supported, confident, and amazing!
3. Gained validation
When Victoria’s 4-month-old seemed to go on a nursing strike and protested all attempts at naps, she felt like a failure as a mom.
But she got what she needed from our day together: feeling seen, heard, and understood without judgement, and she came away with solid solutions to problems she had been struggling with previously
